The delivery time for items is usually 2 to 3 business days upon receipt of payment.
Some products are shipped as carrier items due to their size or weight. A delivery date will be coordinated with you by the shipping company.
The exact delivery date for your order will be displayed in an online shopping cart and in the case of an order by telephone given to you personally by our staff. If you gave us your e-mail address when ordering, we will send you also an order confirmation, in which you once more get confirmation of the delivery date. We will also give you more useful information in connection with your order via your e-mail address, such as shipping and returns confirmations or free payment reminders.
If some items not available on short term or if the promised delivery date has been delayed, you will be informed by us via e-mail.
Should the delay in delivery be too long, we shall automatically perform separate delivery. That is, you will be sent the available items followed by the delayed items in a separate package. If we have your e-mail address, we will inform you via a confirmation of delivery of your order having been shipped in separate packages.
The ordered items will be packed by us and passed on to our logistics partner for shipping as soon as possible. Please note that we have no control over delays that are caused by our logistics partner.
Based on your package identification number/consignment number, you can always find out the current shipment status of your package if the delivery does not provide package tracking. You may gather further information about tracking via e-mail in your shipping confirmation or via our telephone customer services.
